Brasserie Bellevue opened its doors on the Rue de Rivoli with a simple idea: a classic Parisian brasserie, done with warmth and without pretension. Market-driven plates, a grand bar that runs late, and a room that feels like it's always been there.

Since opening, Bellevue has become a neighbourhood fixture — a spot for a quiet lunch on the terrace, a long dinner with friends, or a late glass of wine at the bar. The kitchen leans on French technique and seasonal produce; the room leans on good light and better company.
